Elsel Consulting works with Indigenous communities, governments and business organizations in supporting

  • Aquaculture and seafood development,

  • Positioning and asserting Indigenous rights in environmental policy and governance,

  • Spatial data and monitoring systems for land stewardship,

  • Grant-writing and developing community-capacity building programs related to lands and marine resources.

I’m also very interested in emerging practices around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I’m open to collaboration and keen to support other individuals and organizations who are themselves navigating new norms and ethics of management in both private and public sectors.

“We bear witness, and in doing so, we accept responsibility for making change in the world.”
